Using 4OVER4 inside AI assistants

You can connect your 4OVER4.COM account to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Cursor. When you do:

• What we share with the assistant. Product, price, delivery, template and help information that anyone can see. After you sign in, and only when you ask for it: your orders, order status, tracking and invoices; your profile and saved addresses; your QR codes; your 4OVER4 coins balance; and your cart contents. When you ask the assistant to build a cart, we also give it a link to a 4OVER4 page that shows the items first and adds them to your cart only when you press the button there.
• What we receive. The request the assistant sends to our tools (for example a product, a quantity or a ZIP code) and, when you sign in, a connection token. We do not receive the rest of your conversation, and the assistant never sees your password.
• Why. To answer your request: find and price products, check delivery, answer help questions, show your orders, and build a cart.
• Orders and payment. Orders, artwork uploads and payment happen only on www.4over4.com. The assistant cannot place an order, take a payment or cancel an order; if you ask it to cancel, it gives you the link to your orders page on www.4over4.com.
• Who receives it. The assistant provider you chose, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell this data.
• How long. A connection ends after 30 days without use. While you use it, each renewal extends it by 30 days, never past the end of your own 4OVER4 sign-in. Our logs keep, for 30 days, which assistant called which tool, whether you were signed in, a scrambled form of the network address and the country; never your password, the content of your requests or payment data.
• Your controls. Disconnect 4OVER4 in the assistant's settings at any time. Signing out of 4OVER4 or changing your password ends the connection.
• Never collected through assistants. Card numbers and other payment details, government IDs and health data. Do not type them into an assistant.
