What happens when my order enters the cutting department?
Answer
When your order enters the cutting department, it has printed and is being trimmed to its finished size. For most jobs without added finishing, this is the last production step.
- Your printed sheets are trimmed to their final dimensions.
- Orders without added finishing are usually ready to ship or pick up by the next business day, and you get an email when the order is completed and shipped.
- If scoring, folding or other finishing is needed, you get an email when the order moves to the bindery stage.
