Answer

If checkout stalls, you can still get the order in.

  • Select Upload Files Later to keep generating the order
  • Use this if your files will not upload or exceed 150MB
  • You can send your files afterward
  • Contact support for custom situations beyond the standard options

Support can also build the order in your account for you, by phone or email, once a card is saved on the account. Send your account email, the product, quantity, full specs (stock and finishing) and your artwork. If you choose a proof, you still approve it online.
