If the VIEW PROOFS button is not opening your proof, a few quick checks usually help, and support can step in if the issue persists.
- Confirm the order: Make sure you are viewing the correct order from your account dashboard.
- Try another browser: Clear your cache or open the proof in a different browser in case a display glitch is blocking it.
- Check notifications: Verify the proof has actually been posted and that your email alert was for this order.
