How is my order shipped?

The shipping method and carrier depend on the delivery location. Regular orders ship by UPS, and messenger delivery covers Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. The free business cards and the free sample kit ship by USPS.

• UPS methods: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
• Messenger (NYC vicinity): choose Messenger to Queens, Messenger to Brooklyn, or Messenger to Manhattan.
• Customer pickup: no shipping fee, at our plant at 19-41 46th St, Queens, NY 11105, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m., with the last pickup between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. EST
• Freight: we work with many freight carriers and can send your order with freight anywhere in the US. This is a great option for larger orders, where trucking can bring great savings versus UPS Ground.

Enter your ZIP code in the price calculator on the product page to see each shipping service with its transit days and price. Your shipment email names the carrier and carries the tracking link. Support can switch a small, light order to USPS on request, and arranges freight for heavy or palletized orders by email.
